I want a belt guide roller that works like the OEM inserts that snaps on instead of a bunch of screws that I see online. This is for a Qubic BT1 belt tensioner system or similar belt tensioners.

I made this for my setup. Wanted to have something that didn't need all the screws to hold it up. Been working great so far! Also works with NRG Prisma and ASR Bucket seats with similar shaped should guide holes. I haven't made many changes since I got it working for my setup but feel free to reach out if you need tweaks or modifications. Cheers! Printing Settings (Bambu X1C): Filament: PLA Wall loops: 3-4 Infill: 100% (for belt guide parts), 20%+ for roller Infill pattern: Rectilinear Other notes: Refer to the attached picture for how I printed Belt Guide Part B. You need supports for that part orientated like that only Additional Hardware: -2x Screw M6 DIN912 100 mm (holds the roller) -2x Nut M6 DIN934: 16 mm (threads into the long screw to hold the roller/screw in place) -4x Bearing 696RS (6x15x5mm) (presses into either side of rollers.) -Metal Spudger tool (optional but helps with removing OEM plastic guide. ref picture included)
